We specialize in current standard visual function tests such as electroretinogram (ERG), visually evoked potentials (VEP), pattern electroretinogram (PERG), focal-ERG, and electrooculogram. We are a state of art ophthalmic electrophysiology laboratory, the first of its kind in Sub Saharan Africa, equipped to carry out standard and extended protocols of the International Society for Clinical Electrophysiology of Vision (ISCEV), as well as bespoke protocols for flash electroretinograms , multi-focal electroretinograms (mfERG). visually evoked potentials (VEP), and electrooculograms (EOG).

We are open to partnerships from individuals and institutions to carry out research at any level – industry, academia (undergraduate to postgraduate), and clinical research.
